Services

S&K Union Appliance Repair provides residential appliance repair services across Alameda, Marin, San Francisco, San Mateo, and Santa Clara Counties. Our services include diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of premium appliances including Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador, Miele, Monogram, and other high-end brands.

Appointments

Appointments can be scheduled by phone at (650) 529-4909 or through our online booking system. A $75 diagnostic fee applies to all service calls. This fee is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair. Same-day service is available when scheduling permits.

Pricing & Payment

All quotes are provided upfront before any work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. A 2.9% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions.

Warranty

All repairs carry a 1-year warranty on parts and labor. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Parts

We use genuine OEM parts on all repairs. Aftermarket or refurbished parts are available only upon explicit customer request and written agreement.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 2 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated no-shows may result in a booking fee for future appointments.

Liability

S&K Union Appliance Repair LLC is fully licensed (License: A48788) and insured. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or issues unrelated to the scope of our repair work.
